I hope they aren't needed

Dee told me that I didn't move from 7:30pm until I woke up at 5:45am. I must have been in need of some serious sleep. Now off for a truck stop breakfast of 2 eggs, hashbrowns, whole wheat toast and hot chocolate. That ought to get us a few miles down the road before the fuel tank runs low. A cool 50f and sprinkles as we pack up the camping gear and prepare to head west to Lewiston. As we are leaving the camping area a large tow truck pulling a wrecked semi pulls in and parks. At 2am the driver was trying to get in his lunch box for a sandwich when he drove off the road, into the ditch, laying the tractor and trailer on it's side. We'll try and keep our trike and trailer on the road today. No eating and triking allowed. The road was mostly uphill to the divide over the Judith Mountains and the weather was misty and a cool 44f. From the divide it was a fast ride for 5 miles into Lewiston. Our hands and feet got pretty cold during the descent. No camping, we need some warmth and a hot shower. After we warmed up we walked to Albertson's for some groceries and a tour of town. The sun came out about 5pm and things are looking better for tomorrow.
