We made it to Rapid City, 57 miles and some pooped trikers. All was going well until we left Hermosa and hit a 30 mph head wind. The last 18 miles were miserable and cold and rainy. Snow is forecast for overnight, so we rented a car to go back and see Crazy Horse and Rushmore tomorrow.

    Hi, Cathy. Dee has written in an email that she can read our comments but not reply to them from her Blackberry for some reason, so I will answer. According to my calculations it is 768 miles so far.
